Delivery & Shipping
- Delivery and shipping fees will be calculated according to the item dimension, weight, and receiver address.
- Please provide us detailed shop address including the postcode, city, and state for us to quote you the appropriate delivery and shipping fee.
- Delivery fee stated in the quotation only for the ground floor area, for the delivery address that is needed to go for upstairs, there is an additional charge.
- Customers need to mention properly whenever the address is not on the ground floor upon confirmation of quotation, else the delivery item will be taken back.
- Payment must need to be made in full in respect of all transactions before delivery or shipping.
- Shipment will be delayed for the item that is not in current stock.
- For the custom-made product, the shipment will be done within 14 working days after receiving the payment.
