Directions to use :
Put the place of dough and feed it though the machine at the thickness settling which you want.
Hold the rolled out end as it comes out of the machine.
If the dough is sticky, dust the dough and the machine rolled with flour before sending through the machine.
Send the dough through the rolling machine until the dough smooth and elastic.
Catch the sheet of dough as it comes out so that it does not stick together.
